It can be consistent with an EB-1C, but the job title and salary range are not what decides the case. What is evaluated is whether you actually perform managerial or executive functions within the transferring company.
Being paid as a senior staff member is not, in itself, a problem: titles and pay structures vary from organization to organization. What matters is the substance of the role. If, in the org chart and in day-to-day operations, you are responsible for management, team or department leadership, or strategic decisions, the position tends to be compatible with the category.
What supports the case is documentation: company job descriptions, org charts, and evidence of your actual responsibilities. A high-sounding title without a leadership scope weakens the case, just as a modest title can be supported by clearly managerial functions.
Since each case is analyzed individually, it is worth confirming the current requirements at the official source (USCIS) and aligning your documentation with a specialist before filing.
