Are there L-2 visa limits per L-1 holder?

No. There is no maximum number of L-2 visas assigned to each L-1 holder. The L-2 category covers the principal holder’s immediate dependents, and each dependent who meets the requirements may, in principle, obtain their own visa.

Eligible dependents include:

• The spouse of the L-1 holder.
• Unmarried children within the age limit established for dependents.

There is no preset cap: if there are several eligible dependents, each one may receive the corresponding L-2. What is required is proof of the relationship with the principal holder through official documents, along with compliance with the other conditions set by law.
