The EB-2 NIW does not require you to have optimized processes at multinational companies: when present, this enters as supporting evidence that demonstrates the practical impact of your work and is assessed case by case within the overall body of evidence sustaining the merit and national importance of your contribution.

This type of result tends to carry weight because it shows a concrete, large-scale application of your expertise. Even so, it rarely sustains a petition on its own, so it is worth building a broader picture:

• Reports and case studies documenting the operational improvements.
• Recommendation letters from experts attesting to your contribution.
• Academic or technical publications related to your work.
• Metrics or benchmarks that demonstrate the gains achieved.

Make sure each piece of evidence reflects, in a clear and verifiable way, the benefit generated. Since every case is unique, it is worth checking the updated requirements at USCIS or with a specialist before filing.
