In an EB-2 NIW case, a RFE (Request for Evidence) that raises concerns about document integrity does not always mean the case is in jeopardy. In your response, a clear cover letter that addresses each point of the RFE individually is very helpful: explain how and where each document was obtained, maintain an objective and well-grounded tone, and attach the supporting materials that back your position. Transparency about the provenance of the information is what resolves integrity concerns.
