My presentations are in-person and online: can I use Webex/Zoom screenshots in my EB-1?

In the EB-1, screenshots of online sessions, such as those held on Webex or Zoom, can be included in the body of evidence for your presentations. The key point is that, on their own, these records say very little: a screenshot is easy to challenge if it is not supported by additional documents.

The goal is to build a dossier where each piece reinforces the others, making it clear that the presentation took place, was relevant, and featured you as the main speaker. That way, the screenshot stops being a standalone image and becomes part of a consistent narrative.

To give this material more weight, consider gathering:

• Programs or agendas from the events where you presented.
• Certificates of participation and letters from event organizers.
• Links to official recordings, when available.

Because each case is evaluated individually by the competent authority, the best approach is to present everything in an organized and authenticated manner and, when in doubt, verify the current requirements with a qualified specialist.
