I received a USCIS email saying ‘correspondence was received’. Does it mean my RFE is resolved?

The message ‘correspondence was received’ is a receipt notice: USCIS is confirming that a document you sent has arrived, whether it is a response to a prior request or another piece of your case. It is not a decision and it does not close any pending matters.

In particular, receiving this notice does not mean that an RFE (Request for Evidence) has been resolved. The RFE is a request for additional evidence, and the response you submitted will still go through review before any conclusion is reached on your EB-1.

The safest approach is to monitor all official communications and remain alert to new notifications, without treating the receipt confirmation as an approval. To correctly interpret each status update, check the progress with USCIS or with a trusted immigration professional.
