Does the I-140 under Premium Processing also require an extra fee for each dependent?

As a general rule, there is no separate Premium Processing fee per dependent. Premium Processing is an optional service that expedites the review of the main petition, the I-140, and the charge for this service applies to that petition, not to each family member. In the EB-1 category, spouses and children are included as derivative beneficiaries and accompany the process without a separate Premium request on the I-140.

This does not mean that the rest of the path is free of costs. Other subsequent steps and filings, such as the adjustment of status application or consular processing, typically carry their own per-person fees, which are separate from the I-140 Premium Processing service.
