What strengthens this evidence is showing that the workshops had relevance beyond the room. Influential attendees, coverage in specialized media, recurring invitations, or partnerships that emerged from those events say far more about your influence than a simple headcount.

To add weight to this experience, it helps to document:

• Who attended and why that audience was significant.
• Coverage, publications, or outcomes generated by the workshops.
• Letters from participants or experts attesting to your role.

Because the assessment is made holistically, it is worth verifying updated requirements with USCIS and building your file with additional evidence of recognition.
