What are the EB-5 visa fees?

The EB-5 does not have a single fee: each stage has its own official cost, and there are additional expenses for documentation and professional guidance. Check the current USCIS fee schedule before budgeting.

The EB-5 does not have a single fee: the process is charged in stages, and each phase has its own official cost paid to the U.S. government.

In general, there is the fee for the investor’s initial petition, filed to begin the process, and, further along, the fee for the petition to remove the conditions on the green card, submitted after conditional residence is granted. Between those stages, costs for adjustment of status or consular processing may also apply.

Beyond government fees, related expenses are common, such as document translation, administrative costs associated with the project, and fees for the specialized professionals who handle the case.

Official amounts are set by the USCIS and change over time, so do not rely on figures from memory: check the current fee schedule on the USCIS or Department of State website before building your budget, and be cautious of any promises of guaranteed results.
