Can I see the approval rate statistics for each Regional Center?

In detail and by center, generally no. The USCIS does not typically publish approval statistics broken down by individual Regional Center in the EB-5 program.

What the agency publishes from time to time are aggregated reports on the program. These tend to provide a broad overview (such as petition volumes, trends, and overall performance) without detailing the individual track record of each center. Adding to this, many Regional Centers also do not publicly disclose their own numbers, for strategic or regulatory reasons.
