What are the main elements to organize in an Academic Evaluation dossier?

In the EB-2 NIW, the Academic Evaluation dossier gathers and organizes proof of your credentials to clearly show the level of your qualifications and how they support the merit of your case. Organization matters just as much as content.

The main elements typically include:

• Official academic documents: diplomas, transcripts, and certificates for degrees earned.
• Equivalency evaluation: when your education is from outside the United States, an expert opinion comparing your credentials to the American standard.
• Detailed resume or CV: publications, research, presentations, awards, and relevant projects.
• Recommendation letters: from recognized experts who can attest to your reputation and the impact of your work.
• Summary or personal statement: connecting your background to the national interest.

The goal is for the adjudicator to understand in a clear and logical way who you are and why your work matters. Present everything in a coherent and well-labeled manner.
