Is there affirmative action for women in IT under the NIW?

The EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) does not provide any form of affirmative action for women in Information Technology. The petition is reviewed in a gender-neutral way and focuses on the merit of the work and its relevance to the national interest of the United States.
