Is it advisable to include biblical passages or emotional appeals?

Generally, no. In an EB-2 NIW petition, your case rests on objective evidence about the merit and importance of your work, not on biblical passages or emotional appeals.

Those elements may carry personal and cultural meaning, but they do not answer the central question of the review: why your work is sufficiently relevant to justify a waiver of the job offer requirement in the national interest. The focus must be on facts that an outside observer can independently verify.

• Concrete achievements and the verifiable impact of your work.
• Publications, awards, recognitions, and other evidence of distinction in your field.
• Documents and expert opinions that describe, objectively, your contribution.

This does not mean your personal story is irrelevant. It can appear as context, but the weight of the petition comes from a clear, structured, technical and factual demonstration of your value.

Because each case is evaluated individually, it is worth checking the updated guidance from USCIS and reviewing your strategy with a trusted specialist, and avoiding any promises of guaranteed approval.
