Is a 30-page argument document enough for EB-2 NIW?

In the EB-2 NIW there is no magic page count that guarantees approval. What carries weight is the quality of the arguments, the consistency of the evidence, and the clarity in showing how your work benefits the United States.

A document of around 30 pages can be enough if it presents, in an organized way, the essential points of your case: your qualifications, the impact of your work, and why it fits the logic of the National Interest Waiver. Length alone says nothing.

On the other hand, if the material is confusing, repetitive, or leaves gaps, no page count will support the petition. A concise and coherent dossier is worth more than a long and scattered volume.

Since each case is evaluated individually, focus on clarity and evidence, not on the count. Check the official guidelines from USCIS and, if possible, review your strategy with a specialist before filing.
