I have 2 years left to finish my doctorate. Can I qualify as advanced degree?

In general, while a doctoral diploma has not yet been formally conferred, it is difficult to qualify directly under the advanced degree category of EB-2 NIW. This pathway typically requires the postgraduate degree to have already been issued and documented.
