CRM system integration (customer relationship management) is not, in itself, a requirement of the EB-2 NIW. The visa evaluates whether the applicant’s work has merit and national importance, and a successful project in this area can be included as supporting evidence, always assessed on a case-by-case basis.
To show that this work has value beyond the company, the focus is on documenting the project end to end and the results achieved:
- Reports describing the objectives, implementation steps, and observed improvements, such as productivity or efficiency gains.
- Charts, case studies, and records showing the evolution of customer management after the integration.
- Letters from managers, colleagues, or clients attesting to your role and the effectiveness of the work.
Organizing the evidence chronologically and with solid supporting materials helps the adjudicator understand the real impact of your effort. It is worth connecting each piece to the central question of the visa: why this work is relevant beyond the organization in which it was carried out.
Since the analysis is individual, it is advisable to verify updated requirements with USCIS and evaluate your profile with a specialist before filing.
