In EB-2 NIW, having built digital platforms focused on education and training is not a formal visa requirement. This work is considered supporting evidence of the merit, originality, and relevance of your contributions, evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the relevant authority.

The goal is to clearly document the projects you developed and the impact they generated, connecting the technical execution to the educational reach of your solutions.

• Portfolio including technical reports, case studies, and descriptions of features and outcomes.
• Metrics from your own project, such as the number of users reached or adoption indicators.
• Recommendation letters from peers, supervisors, or experts attesting to your innovative capacity.
• Publications, conference presentations, and awards that reinforce your expertise.

Organize each piece of evidence in a consistent and truthful manner, in compliance with U.S. immigration laws. Since the analysis is individual, it is worth verifying updated requirements with USCIS and reviewing your case with a specialist before filing.
