My lectures had around 200 people each, but there is no ticket or entry proof. What now?

The lack of a ticket or entry proof does not prevent you from using your lectures as evidence in an EB-1 petition. Even if the audience was around 200 people, what supports the case is the documentation that attests to the event’s occurrence and reach.

When one type of proof does not exist, the solution is to combine other forms that together demonstrate the audience’s actual participation and the relevance of your work.

• Sign-up sheets and attendance lists, when available.
• Photos and videos documenting the event and the audience.
• Certificates, official programs, and statements from organizers.

The goal is to build a coherent body of evidence that speaks for itself. Since each case is evaluated individually, it is worth reviewing your evidence with a specialist before filing.
