I’ve always received praise, but nothing formal. Is that enough for EB-1A?

• Evidence of the concrete impact your contributions have had in the field.
• Records of relevant projects, results, and participations.

The goal is to move from “I’ve always been praised” to “it can be demonstrated.” Since EB-1A review is rigorous and assessed case by case, it is worth checking the current requirements and building your file with a specialist before filing.
