I have leadership positions at my company, but no awards. Does that qualify for EB-1A?

Having led teams or departments strengthens a case, but it typically needs to be accompanied by other evidence. The absence of awards does not automatically disqualify a petition, though it makes it more important to show distinction through other avenues:

• Evidence of impact and influence beyond your peers.
• Relevant participation, such as judging panels, advisory boards, or reference invitations.
