Does the EB-1C require me to spend a minimum number of months in the United States?

The EB-1C does not set a minimum number of months of physical presence. Upon approval, it grants permanent resident status (green card), not an obligation to spend a set number of months per year inside the country.

What truly matters is maintaining genuine residence in the United States. Residents are expected to build real ties there, such as housing, professional activity, and an established life, rather than merely visiting from time to time.
