Do most EB-1A cases use 300 to 500 pages? I only have 100. Is that a problem?

In the EB-1A, the size of the petition package is not an evaluation criterion. There is no rule requiring a minimum or maximum number of pages, so having a leaner submission than other cases does not, by itself, mean your petition is weak.

What truly matters is the quality and relevance of each document. A well-organized set of materials, with strong evidence of your achievements, awards, publications, and recognition, can support a solid case even if it is compact. Very large packages tend to be that way because the applicant gathered extensive evidence, not because volume itself provides an advantage.

• Prioritize documents that directly demonstrate your extraordinary standing.
• Remove repetitive or marginally relevant material, which only dilutes the argument.
• Ensure clarity and consistency in how each piece of evidence is presented.

Since each case is evaluated individually by USCIS, the decisive factor is the consistency of the evidence, not the thickness of the binder. If you are unsure about what strengthens your petition, it is worth reviewing your strategy with a specialist before filing.
