How many times can I use Premium Processing?

Premium Processing is an optional service offered by USCIS to expedite the review of an eligible petition, including the H-1B. Rather than having a lifetime limit on how many times you can use it, the key point is that it works per petition: you request it alongside a specific filing, and it applies to that case only.

This means that whenever there is a new eligible petition, whether it is an initial application, a renewal, or a change of status, you can request Premium Processing again, always tied to that specific filing. What is not allowed is activating the service more than once for the same petition already in progress, or transferring the expedited review from one case to another.
