• The strength of the evidence that demonstrates that influence.

In other words, working across many states counts in your favor, but it gains weight when accompanied by proof of the value of your work: letters from clients and partners, publications, presentations at events, or other signs of recognition.

Since each case is assessed individually, it is worth checking the updated criteria with the USCIS or with a specialist to build a consistent and well-documented narrative.
