Is the E-2 an alternative to the EB-2 NIW?

Each visa has specific purposes: the E-2 is ideal for investors who seek to operate a business while maintaining temporary status, and the EB-2 NIW is directed to professionals who want to immigrate permanently, contributing significantly to the economy or areas of interest in the United States.

Regardless of the choice, it is essential to strictly follow United States immigration laws and seek guidance from reliable and specialized sources, avoiding scams and miracle promises circulating in marketing campaigns.
